When I contacted GourmetGiftBaskets.com and asked if they wanted to participate in my holiday gift guide again this year, they gave me several options. Of course, there was the traditional review or giveaway option, but the third option was near and dear to my heart because my husband served in the Air Force for six years and was deployed twice. Here was the details: If I wrote a blog post about the Christmas Gift Selection at GourmetGiftBaskets.com between now and December 9th, they would send TWO care packages to the soldiers at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda Maryland on my behalf! The choice was really a no brainier for me and I hope you will get in on the action too!
