For the first couple of years, Princess P wore the Halloween costume that I picked out for her. Then, last year, I gave her a choice between three costumes and she chose to be a Florida Gator cheerleader (great choice!). However, this year, she knew what she wanted to be - a witch! So, the search was on for an adorable costume that she not only liked, but one that would allow her to get in and out of her carseat with ease and would keep her warm while out trick-or-treating.
One of the first places I turned to on my witch costume hunt was AnytimeCostumes.com. Having worked with them in the past, I knew that they offered a wide range of costumes for baby, toddler, teens and adults. Within minutes of being on the Anytime Costumes site, I found the perfect witch costume for Princess P!

The Toddler Wee Wittle Witch costume is simply adorable with its black and purple color scheme, spider details and matching toddler-sized witch hat. This costume includes a black dress with attached purple belt, stripped black and purple tights and, of course, the matching witch hat.

The black dress features sheer sleeves with creepy-crawly spiders (which I can put a black or purple shirt underneath for extra warmth), a jagged hem and a cute purple spider (with its very own witch hat!) on the bottom. The thing that I like about the dress, besides how adorable it is, is that it features a tie back (thanks to the attached belt) that allows you to adjust the fit to your child. The striped black and purple tights fit Princess P perfectly and not only make this costume really stand out, but they also protect P's legs from the cold. And, the matching witch hat tops this cute costume off!
But, what is a witch without her broom? So, AnytimeCostumes.com also sent Princess P the Feather Witch Broom to complete her outfit! This black feather witch broom comes in two pieces that you snap together and features a black bow and silver strands to make it stand out. I was a bit worried that it would be too tall for her to carry around, but she has no problem with that and has been "taking flight" on it since its arrival.
