Smitten NYC Review & Giveaway

Apparently, all that begging and pleading I did with Mother Nature to keep those warm, sunny days here did not work. Because fall is here with a vengeance and it brought a glimpse of winter with it. But there is one good thing about the seasons changing - new clothes!
Smitten NYC offers retro details mixed with modern cuts that combine wonderfully to make a chic, wearable line that you will adore. Inspired by the intoxicating love that is found in 1940's romance comic books, Smitten's designs are fun, functional and fabulous.

Smitten gave me a taste of that vintage feel, when I received the Mesh Back Open Cardigan (which is no longer available) to review. This long cardigan can be dressed up or down while still having a sultry, flattering feel. I chose the ivory color because I have so many items it can be paired with and I am glad I did so. It can be mixed with rich fall colors like chocolate brown and plum to really make a statement.

While the front says stylish and comfortable, the back shouts sexy and fun. The open mesh back allows you to show-off your style by either displaying a lot of skin or just a little. Matched with a pretty tank, stylish leggings and a rockin' pair boots, the Mesh Back Open Cardigan from Smitten NYC screams fall!
Also, if you happen to be looking for that perfect dress or outfit to wear to a holiday party, Smitten has you covered! Just take the Sequined Mini Dress for example, it's fun, festive and oh-so stylish. The Double Layered Sweater is also another favorite of mine. Casual enough to run errands in, yet stylish enough to wear out.
