Sum-Bo-Shine Naturals & Organics (Review and Giveaway)

The birth of Princess P opened our eyes to a whole new world of things. From the foods we eat to the products we use everyday, things have definitely evolved. We now tend to lean toward eco-friendly items that are made from natural and organic ingredients. On one of my many missions to find natural baby products I came across Sum-Bo-Shine Naturals & Organics.
As a caring mom in the seventies, Carolyn Deal always sought products containing the least amount of harmful preservative and ingredients. After two years of research and trial and error, Sum-Bo-Shine Naturals & Organics was born. Today, Sum-Bo-Shine offers a range of baby products created with naturally pure ingredients and formulated for nature's most precious creations. Each Sum-Bo-Shine product, with the exception of the diaper ointment which contains beeswax, is certified vegan and cruelty free. And in-case you are wondering about the name, it is for Carolyn's three children, Summer (Sum), Rainbow (Bo) and Sunshine (Shine).
Since I love all things lavender, I was so happy when Sum-Bo-Shine sent us their Aloe and Lavender Baby Wash & Shampoo to review. As soon as nightfall came I whisked Princess P off to take a bath so we could try it out. At first glance the amber colored gel looks like any other baby wash. But it is what is NOT in this Baby Wash & Shampoo that is so special. This gentle wash is sulfate free and paraben free and does not contain any artificial dyes or fragrances. The Aloe & Lavender Baby Wash & Shampoo lathered up great and was easy to wash out. (But do keep in mind that is not a "no tear" formula.) The subtle scent left Princess P smelling clean, but still like Princess P. After washing, rinsing and drying, her hair was not only easy to comb but shinny and soft. The Aloe and Lavender Baby Wash & Shampoo from Sum-Bo-Shine has become a staple in our bath time routine.
