*This giveaway is now closed.*This past week has been a whirlwind of last minute house showings. The Realtor would call and ask if she could show the house in 30 minutes and I would hesitantly agree "sure, why not." As soon as I would hang up the phone I would look around and see that the house was in a huge disarray. I would frantically run around slinging toys in closets and clothes in the toy bin. Then I would get to the kitchen counter and see juice spilled on the tile or I would look in the bathroom shower and see soap scum (yes, disgusting I know!) and body wash on the tub. Ugh, at least I had my Seventh Generation Living Home Starter Kit to help with the job!

"The company derives its name from the Great Law of the Iroquois that states, "In our every deliberation, we must consider the impact of our decisions on the next seven generations." Every time you use a Seventh Generation product you are making a difference by saving natural resources, reducing pollution, keeping toxic chemicals out of the environment and making the world a safer place for this and the next seven generations."
After we had Princess P I became more aware of the chemicals I was using to clean with everyday. I would spray down the bathtub with cleaner and the fumes were overwhelming for me. I hate to think what that would be like for a child. So when I had the opportunity to review some really awesome products from
Seventh Generation I jumped at the chance.
To tackle the sticky juice mess on the counter tops I used the
Kitchen Cleaner in Wild Orange & Cedar Spice and the
100% Recycled Paper Towels from
Seventh Generation. Together they worked like a charm and left the counter sparkling clean. I also used the
Natural All Purpose Cleaner in Green Mandarin & Leaf to clean the refrigerator, microwave and the outside of the dishwasher. Kitchen is done, onto the bathrooms. The
Tub & Tile Cleaner in Emerald Cypress & Fir and a little elbow grease helped me get the soap scum problem under control in the shower. And from now on to prevent that problem we will be spraying down the shower with the
Shower Cleaner in Green Mandarin & Leaf from
Seventh Generation after we use it. Next I moved on to one of my favorite jobs, the toilets (woo-
hoo). But the
Natural Toilet Bowl Cleaner in the refreshing scent of Emerald Cypress & Fir got the job down with little effort from me. And lastly to finish up the bathrooms I wiped down the mirrors with Seventh Generations
Natural Glass & Surface Cleaner in Ruby Grapefruit & Herb. I must say that with all of the super charged cleaning this week I could be a contender in a pit crew position. I am just glad
Seventh Generation was here to help me with the job in a natural way because we all know Princess P was trailing fast on my heels as I cleaned from room to room.
