wow... I'm guessing you've tried some store-bought rug cleaners... I've had some success with the cleaning power of baking soda & vinegar but no clue what that would do on this stain... or to your carpet(?)... Maybe sprinkle baking soda on a small part, work it down in, then pour a little vinegar on it... (if you don't know the science experiments of baking soda & vinegar, it's neat but be prepared for bubbles...) maybe this will loosen it enough that you'll be able to get whatever out... I doubt that it will do it on its own since the stain looks embedded in the rug... in all disclosure, I've never tried b soda & vinegar on a fabric-type stain...
Well definitely need to know what it is to help you get it out--if it is koolaid/gatoraid-any kind of drink like that-try getting a damp towel and lay it over the stain then use a clothes iron and on med high-iron over the towel-the color should be extracted and sucked into the towel-it does take a while to get all of it out-I usually use about 3 hand towels-and you can use dawn liquid soap mixed with water to damped the towel with-it really helps loosen it up. This is my suggestion-it works on just about any thing-and the only thing i have found to work on the color dyes used in food.
Chef boyardee something? lol - How to get it out? Good luck I can never get stuff out of my carpets. I've tried all the spray on stuff. Let me know if you figure it out.
You need a Bissell Little Green Machine! When I reviewed mine I managed to not only get Arcylic Paint off my son's floor (that is supposedly unremovable) but also a month old fruit punch stain! THis machine has yet to fail me!
I think it looks like rust -- if it is CLR should work (which I believe are now formulated to EPA standards). http://www.shopclr.com/CLR-Cleaners-1?leadsource=PS144&s_kwcid=TC|6221|clr||S||2522028619&gclid=CM7_v_fs_psCFSBN5QodICOo-A
Looks like Mac & Cheese sauce - either smeared on liquid that has dried, or the dried powder kind. Try seltzer water (aka club soda). Spritz, let sit for a minute, pat away any stain that lifts up and go again. If cloth is color-fast, try oxyclean.

Mustard?? If so, forget it. You'll never get it clean. Happy WW. Good luck:)
Happy WW! Let's see, definitely it's a food stain but I'm not sure what it is exactly.
Hmmm... I have no clue... that's a bad stain tho. Is there a piece of furniture you can cover it up with?

It almost looks like an iron or rust stain. I think lemon juice will help remove it
Looks like mustard maybe ... or old old mac n cheese (the sauce from it)???

Is it food or rust? Try Resolve! It works wonders on stains! Good luck girl :)
