I am all for things that are combined. It just seems to save time and make life a little easier. That is why I am loving the new Epson Stylus NX300 all-in-one. It is Epson's first all-in-one printer, scanner, copier and fax below $100.

With C by my side, in fear that I would not be able to do it on my own, we began to set up it up. I pulled it out of the box and immediately commented on the size. When I think all-in- one I think large, but that wasn't the case. The Epson Stylus NX300 was very compact and attractive. We unpacked the rest of the box and started on the step-by-step instructions. The instructions were very easy to follow and understand. And we managed to get through them fairly quickly. The only thing that doesn't come with the Epson Stylus NX300 is a USB cable. (Most printers do not come with one.) Luckily we had the one off of our old printer so we were able to get to work. In the end I would have been able to install it on my own.
As soon as it was set up I got to work. The first thing I wanted to do was test out the NX300's printing capabilities. I was amazed at how fast it was able to print. And the ink on the paper came out very brilliant. That is partly because of the DURABrite Ultra pigment inks contained in the NX300. They are smudge and even water resistant! Another great thing about these inks is that they come in four-color individual cartridges. That means you save money by only replacing the color that is needed. The Epson Stylus NX300 also allows you to print high-quality durable documents on various papers. Including Epson's Premium Bright White Paper, Premium Presentation Paper Matte, Premium Photo Paper Glossy, labels and plain paper just to name a few.
Another great feature of the Epson Stylus NX300 is its scanning capabilities. It can easily restore old, faded, discolored photos back to their original brilliance. And the Epson Easy Photo Print software can automatically fix photos with red eye.
The Epson Stylus NX300 is great for printing your photos, resume's, book reports or even just directions. It has too many wonderful features to list. It is a great option if you are looking for a high-quailty printer, scanner, fax and copier at a low price.
A big thank you to Epson for sponsoring this review.

How cool! I love how small it is and how it does so much more than just print!
No, although some of what you said is true, in the long term, the Epson Stylus NX300 printer sucks. You can't replace the ink in the cartridges, so you always have to end up buying new ones all of the time, and, perhaps the worst feature of this printer, whenever you run out of ink in ANY of the four ink cartridges (i.e. cyan, yellow, magenta, or black) you HAVE to replace the cartridge that runs out of ink if you want to print out anything. Otherwise, both printing and copying functions cease. Oh, and did I mention that there were no Linux drivers? I should've stuck w/ HP...
I have to point out that I have not had the printer long enough to replace the ink cartridges. So I had no clue about the printing and coping functions.
I can't print out the test page.
I can print out the test page either. It says printing on the lcd display for about 5 minutes but does nothing, wont even grab the paper. after about 5 minutes, it actually grabs a sheet of paper and seems like it is going to print. however, it only prints maybe 1/14 the page, and then just stops, with the paper stuck inside it, and continues to say "printing" on the screen, but does nothing. as I sit her and type this I am watching it do nothing. its been 20 minutes and this test page wont print. total waste of money. oh and btw this is my 2nd one that I bought, returned the other one earlier today, and tommorow this one is goin back to walmart!
