InfantBows Review & Giveaway

Unfortunately, due to the lack of hair Princess P gets mistaken for a little boy all the time. Even when she is dressed in head-to-toe pink and in her pink carseat and stroller, we still get that dreaded question "Is it a boy or a girl?" When I express my problem to other people their reply is "Why don't you just put bows in her hair?" That would be a terrific idea. If she had enough hair! Luckily, her hair is starting to come back in. But while we are still in that transition phase it makes it hard for little clippies to stay in. That is why I was absolutely overjoyed when I found out about InfantBows.
InfantBows was started in 2001 by a mother to 5 children and only one being a girl. "I started InfantBows with the goal to generate a safe way to adorn little baby girls with bows, while providing work -at-home opportunities for Mothers." says Jennifer, owner and creator of InfantBows.
InfantBows are adorable little bows that you can actually glue to your little ones head. My mother tells me stories of how she use to tape bows to my head! This way is so much better. The glue is all natural and hypoallergenic. It is water soluble making it easy to remove with a damp washcloth or baby wipe. Even if your little girl doesn't have hair she can still wear pretty bows.




Princess P was lucky enough to get to test out the InfantBows. What I love about them is that they are so simple to use! The back of the bow has a little circle that you place a tiny drop of glue on. Then all you have to do is place it in the desired spot. Princess P had no clue that it was even on her head. She did not mess with it the entire time it was there. Of course, she didn't understand why mommy was so excited but she was happy to have the added attention. When it came time to remove it I simply got a damp washcloth and in one swipe it came off. I was very impressed that it stayed on so well but came off so easy. I have to say that I am in love with the InfantBows. I just wish I had found them sooner. I wouldn't have had to say "She is a girl" so many times!
