Two (almost three) months into the New Year and many of my resolutions have already been broken. Most of them due to time and the lack of motivation. But one very important resolution, loosing my "baby pooch", is revived thanks to two sisters who created Flirty Girl Fitness.
Flirty Girl Fitness was created in 2005 by two sisters, Kerry and Krista Knee. After being unable to find a sexy workout class outside of LA. Kerry took it upon herself to master the moves. Before long Krista had masterminded the spins and techniques involved. The rest was history.
I was so excited when the DVDs arrived at my house. I put Princess P in her jumperoo and popped one in. The first up was Booty Beat.
Booty Beat is basically steps taken from music videos and incorporated with aerobic exercises. Each count was simple to master and very well explained. But I have to tell you, I was out of breath before I knew it. My thighs were on fire and I was definitely sweating! But all in a very "I can feel it working" kind of way. At the end all the steps you learned are put together into a dance. While I am sure I didn't look like the girls on t.v. I had fun doing it. Then came the stretching. Can I just say that it kicked my butt! The "cat-crawl" push-ups while they looked simple and sexy on t.v., they hurt! (But in a good way.) Overall, I really enjoyed this DVD and I am ranking it my second favorite.
Next, I was onto the Just Teasing routine. While this was a very sexy routine I got lost in the counts and had to keep rewinding it. I got lost several times and Princess P kept laughing. (You know you have to look pretty silly for your 8 month old to laugh at you!) I am sure that if I work on this routine everyday it would be really sexy and I would get a great workout. But just doing it the first couple of times I didn't feel like a got a good workout.
The next DVD in the Teaser Collection I tried was the Chair Dance. I really like this routine. Although just throwing a warning out there, don't use a fold up chair! Once again the moves where broken do into simple counts and were fairly easy to master. Due to my lack of coordination though, it might take me a couple of run-throughs to master it. But when I do, C better watch out!
After Chair Dance it was onto Chair Fit. This was an excellent DVD. It turns your chair literally into a workout bench. I love the fact that it had the exercises with and without the weights. I was even able to do some of the harder moves. I definitely felt my muscles burning in this one! Thank goodness for the wonderful cool down. Overall, Chair Fit was a little on the long side (or I am just that out of shape) but it was a great workout.
Last, but certainly not least was Abs & Booty. I have to admit I was looking forward to this one the most. Unfortunately C was off while I was doing this DVD so I got his critiquing the whole time. This one kicked my butt (literally) the most out of all the DVDs I tried. The moves tended to be a bit hard at times. But thanks to Winnie (one of the girls on the DVD) and her "less advanced" moves I made it through. I could definitely feel the burn in my abs, glutes, and thighs. (All the places I needed to work on!) I even got C in on some of the action! I was tired of hearing his " Stop being a wimp. That looks so easy." attitude. His tune changed after some of the "booty" exercises. The stretching at the end felt wonderful! C even found a stretch that he can't wait to show the boys at PT. (Of course he will never tell them where he learned it from.) Judging from the way my abs felt the next day if I continue with this workout my "baby pooch" will definitely be gone!
I enjoyed everyone of these DVDs. And I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get in shape or even just learn some sexy moves. The thing I want to conquer next... the pole dancing kit!

DO NOT ORDER THESE VIDEOS...they do the bait and switch where you order one and then they start automatically sending them to and charging your credit card. I had to protest the charges with my cc: company and their customer service is horrible. Buyer beware!
This is the worst company ever!!! It took me forever to get my first DVD's. which suck! the instructor is terrible, the workout not very great at all, and they don't impress me as having much sex appeal. The horribly irritating complaint that I have is that I ordered these products online, and there is NO WAY you can opt out of their "we will send new crap and automatically charge your credit card once a month" policy. Needless to say I am VERY ticked, and now have to HOPE I get my money back from this scam artist company. The girls DVD's are terrible but they are good at ripping people off that's for sure! Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!
I stumbled upon Flirty Girl Fitness one day, and thought that this is great I don't have to pay all at once and can make payments for a pole. So I clicked the make payments options. Everything was great, however almost three weeks go by and I call twice to check the status of my order. Each time I made sure that the CSR had the payment option in their system. I was assured that I would be paying monthly and my pole would get to me soon. Well soon enough I find that the entire amount was taken out of my account. And I STILL had to wait another 3 weeks for my pole. I called to see why they did that and they have no response, but said they would fix it. So here it is 2 months later from the original 10 business days that it would take to refund MY money. AND to make things worse they are now taking out the 59.99 plus the 39.99 a month for my payments. So I am paying double. I am so unhappy with this company. The management is terrible, a supervisor hung up on me, and I couldn't get anyone to answer my questions when I called back. The pole itself is not bad, too over priced though and the videos that come with it are a waste. I would happily return it, but am afraid I will never get any of my money back. STAY AWAY FROM FLIRTY GIRLS!!!!!!!

i ordered the 10 dolllar one where they send you 2 dvds booty beat and chair dance. i agree that at first its fun i guess and it does burn fat but after a while you do it so many times, that you memorize the dance and it becomes tidious and boring repeating the same dvd over and over when you know the dance yourself. i wouldnt recommend to get this because its just one dvd for dancing and i myself got tired of it

Well i just ordered it last night and i am paying for the overnight shipping and it better be here today or they will get a phone call from me lol but from what i have read that doesnt make a difference. Maybe i should have read these reviews before i bought this. My sister is ordered hip hop abs and loves it and she has lost 20 lbs in a month. im not trying to promote them but after reading all these reviews i think i should have listened to her in the first place.

Listening to all of this, my personal opinion is that lots of people are advertising the product and not really the company that is selling it, Well i have looked at the previews of this and it looks quite exciting...well loosing the weight is dependable on the person's body as everyone is not the same. I bought hip hop abs and i find it boring...
I got the dvds and the weights I love it!Its fun and easy to maintain I have lost 75lbs so far.Remeber its not all about exerisce you have to eat right to.I didnt buy the pole but I give it a thumbs up:)
I am such an idiot! I even read part of these reviews and still bought (obviously not all of htem)! I too did not realize I was signing up for a "continuity" program. Here's my story as I emailed my complaint:
I am appalled by the way that your company has processed my order. First I choose the payment plan, and was charged the full amount at the end of the transaction. Then when I received my product, the tape was not secure any the pole extension with the notches was missing. I called for a replacement. I was told 7 to 10 business days. I called back two weeks later and was told that it had shipped but could not be given a tracking number. On top of that, it was not the correct part anyway. NEVER received even the wrong part. Was told that the correct part would ship the next day and that I would receive a tracking number the next day. Never received a tracking number or the part. Called back two weeks later. Guess what?! I was conveniently told AGAIN that he item had shipped just the day before and that I couldn't get a tracking number because it hadn't processed. Seeing a pattern here?
To top it all off. I was told that I was charged more money and that I'm on some continuity program THAT I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. I went back to your site again and see nowhere that it tells me I'm signing up for more crap I don't want. I just want my pole!
If my order does not ship TOMORROW and I do not receive a tracking number, I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge, expect a full refund INCLUDING SHIPPING, contact the better business bureau AND blast you on every forum that I can find.
I WILL NOT pay the shipping charge to return the continuity product to you. You have a malfunctioning and deceptive website that does not clearly state what you are purchasing and does charge you the correct amount. And you have a customer service department that is trained to lie and always say that the part was shipped the day before so that they don't have to give you a tracking number. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I could have chosen to purchase a pole from several different reputable websites, but I choose yours. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband's birthday on September 1st birthday. I ordered this well in advance and have nothing to show for it.

I agree completely!!!! Do NOT order from Flirty Girl! I ordered online and paid extra for rush shipping. Rush shipping said it would arrive in 3-5 days. I waited 3 weeks and STILL nothing. I called and the line was too busy with calls and it told me to call at a later date. So I called again, got some non english man .. he said he would reimburse me the rush shipping.. HELLO!!! I don't want your product at all now dude unless you ship it to me for FREE, and yeah, well that didn't happen. So now I just have to make sure they don't BILL anymore.. and I order the entire package!! the pole, all dvd's, extension to the pole, some fat burner pills, ALL of it.. over $300!

This company is CRAP. The routines they demonstrate look like a mix of bad strippers and failed cheerleaders. I also did not realize that I was signing up for a program that would continually charge me, nor did I know that AFTER I cancelled I would STILL be charged. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these people! You'd be better off getting workout videos from Amazon or Walmart!
I purchased the pole and was excited to get fit in a different way. Unfortunately, the pole does not fit my ceiling which is 8 ft. and the company is not willing to help me resolve the issue. I was told to pay the shipping and handling to return the product. I am stuck with a bill and pole that I can not use and by the way the DVD's suck!!!
Try ebay...looks like they are charging more but maybe it's worth not having all the hassle??

I just ordered mine on the 17th and received it today, and thought the product was great, I didn't have any problems at all with the shipping, I did priority shipping and got the tracking number in an email. I dont know why everyone is having such a hard time...

Hey Anonymous, this is a review blog so yes, they sent them to me for a review. Take a look at my other posts. If you have read all of the comments then you know most people have had problems with the payment and shipping processes not the actual routines themselves (for the one's that did receive the DVDs). I write HONEST Reviews and I actually did like the the routines if you even took time to read the actual post I went into detail about each one and what I liked, didn't like, etc. I wrote this review to be helpful to other people and I have left the comments open on the post, even though it has garnered negative press for the company, so each person could share their experience. So be nice or don't post a comment.
If you guys want to try them You guys should just download for free after-all if they suck you can throw away the c.d.. I tried it they first to they were fun. Some of the routines were easy but some were confusing. For those of you guys who dont write reviews and get free shit download download download lol

I have to say that I didn't have any bad experiences with this company like most people state they have. I ordered online. I got 2 dvd's for only $10.00. I got my order in the mail just a couple days later (even though it said 2-3 weeks). I did read about the automatic charge after 1 month. But, after I received my order, I called customer service right away and told them to cancel the automatic charge. They did so, and now I am just waiting for a good time to try these dvd's. cant wait!
Here's what I don't understand, why did so many people have no clue it's a monthly charge with new dvds being sent every month? They say it on the infomercial & they repeat it (at least when I called them) on the phone when placing your order. Of course you need to do new routines to get results. If you buy one or two dvds and only do those routines, your body is not going to respond the way you're wanting it to. I can understand being upset for taking out too much money on your account or waiting well beyond what they told you for your dvds but you can't blame the company for not knowing they sign you up monthly, they tell you that on the infomercial!!!! Buyers need to take some responsibility on this one.
I've tried the classes in the studio and they are awful. You are literally treated like crap by the staff, who are very rude and abrupt with you. Forget about asking any questions to the front desk, who act like you are making their life impossible as they are trying to read their gossip magazine.
Stay away from the studios, and when buying the DVD's, look for them online, or on eBay. Don't deal with this company.
I'm sorry but the flirty girl fitness is the worst workout. I barely broke a sweat and the routine is dull and boring. What's funny is the marketing claims that it's not boring as well as an ultimate workout! IT'S NOT! This is very low impact and the dance moves are from the 90s and no longer "cool" and they are definitely NOT sexy. Not to mention the woman's voice is so annoying!

i didnt pay for these. downloaded booty beat for free. it's okay. but i did p90x yesterday and boy do i feel it today! i recommend p90x. soooo great.
Here is my Take on the Dvds:
Chair Dance It was a bit boring compaired to the first chair dance DVD that comes in the 10.00 Pack. Peice of Me has a great piont, DONT USE A FOLDING CHAIR! lol.
ultimate Upper body Good workout. I plan to hock it onto ebay. I know it says Ultimate Upper body, but it also seems to work your lower abs and back on the axe routine. Also, If your one of those chics who lift more then other chics, I recommend using 5 pound weights for lifting instead of the 2 pound pink balls. The balls didn't do it for me after 3 videos. I really am interested in the lower body workout.
I'm a senior in high school. I'm trying to get sexy for prom so I wanted a new work out routine. I thought flirty girl sounded interesting and decided to do a little research before I order, and you have me convinced. I'm on the phone with them right now.
My sister got these dvds months ago. She was super excited and lose so much weight. But the one thing was the other videos that they sent her and charged her credit. But she did send them back and got her money back too. Though I'm trying to borrow them from her so I don't have to go through the annoying ordeal, it looks like I'll have to buy them myself.
The first time I saw the Flirty girl fitness video I was on my way out the door. When I finally caught it again 5 months later, I immediately got on the computer and ordered it. I received my Fliry girl fitness video yesterday and I love it!!!!!! It's easy to follow the instructions and it's so much fun. If it weren't for the burning in my thighs I might have forgotten that I was working out!!
I know that it's working because when I got up this morning my thigs and my abs were SO sore. But that didn't stop me from doing "Booty Beat" and "Chair Dance" today. This is the best exercise video that i've ever tried and I can't wait for tommorrow so I can do it again!!!!!!

I would not recommend this product anyone. I purchased this product, and they sent me incorrect, and defective videos. They then were putting charges on my credit card that were not authorized.
If you really want a good pole for tricks (inverted and spins) go for Lil Mynx or x-pole or Hardcore poles.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I would have to say that the Flirty Girl Fitness tapes were not what I expected. I didnt even break a sweat or even "feel the burn". So, after using the first 2 DVD's they had sent, I then decided that I didnt want any more of flirty girl fitnesses crap, so I called them and told them they no longer had permission to bill my account and NOT to send me anything else. About a month later I got more CRAP in the mail and 3 more charges to my credit card! When I called them back to tell them that I was still being charged they said that the last shipment was already sent out before I made my last call to stop the charges which was a load of BS since I called on january 4th and I didnt receive the last package until february 9th! Now I have to pay to send all this crap back instead of them sending me a return package slip. This is not customer service. This is robbery!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! I have ever had so many problems with any company in my entire life. Save yourself some time, money and a headache by not buying anything from these people!!!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Although the Indian fellow I spoke with assured me that it was made very clear, I did not notice at all that when ordering the DVDs there is a 30 day cancellation policy before they continue to send you videos and charge you- $40 plus shipping! I cancelled luckily before they could charge me for a third time.
I wouldn't mind as much if the routines were at least good, but they really arn't. The instructor is annoying, the routine is short and if you have ever danced before, it will confuse the he** out of you because she can't even do an 8 count correctly! Not to mention they are kind of giggling the whole time, which makes me think even THEY know how lame their DVDs are! I WOULD NOT recommend this to ANYONE.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sells your information and all sorts of solicitors call you. They automatically send you more dvd's thenext month charging your credit card for $30 then send you through a huge loop of hold and transfers to people in India that you can not understand and will hang up on you. DVDs are stupid it is one routine that lasts about 30 seconds then you repeat it 8 times. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! In fact, make sure you tell everyone you know how horrible the dvds and company are so that they go out of business for screwing people instead of getting rich off it.

The best thing to do is order with a isa gift card. That way you can't get charged more than what you want to pay.
I just ordered it today..and spent THIRTY minutes on the phone saying no telling them I do not want to pay more and get more stuff..after THIRTY minutes of pressing ZERO at the end it finally let me go. Well lets just say the experience WITHOUT dealing with the company is a great one! I have only done the abs and booty but it rocked and in two days lost two lbs!!! Its 45 mins which is hard to find as a mom but I do it during my son's naptime and the time literally flies by! The music is lower and less inspirational than I had expected but I am breathing heavy for a good 10 minutes after finishing. I understand the company sucks but the actual dvd is great for someone just wanting to lose a little weight and tone, not overall an entire body type.
I ordered the beginner 2 dvd set for ten bucks. Then I started noticing money being deducted from my bank the last few months and new dvd's started to arrive. I never signed up for this and I just got off the phone with them to learn I can only return one set of DVD's for one refund within the 30 days. I've received 3 sets!!! I am very pissed and on top of it, they don't send or email you any kind of confirmation it has been canceled, I just have to be paranoid about it until the next bank statement comes out. I just checked there site and it is very clear that every month you will recieve another routine for a charge, you didn't read your guarantee, yet you bash the program when it's your fault. I have read these comments and will try them, very well aware I can cancel at any time.
I too just ordered my first two dvd's. It clearly states on the website, when you're placing your order, that starting in 30 days, every 30 days you get a new dvd & your credit card will automatically be charged. If you're going to order something online, please pay attention before you start bashing the company. I agree with the comment above me. Also, paid for mine with a prepaid card, so they can't automatically charge me for anything. People should be a little smarter before they start bitching about certain things.

I ordered these videos for 10.00 and was fully aware of the automatic shipments to follow unless you call and cancel within the alotted time. I did just that and speaking for myself only, I felt like it was a very low budget, boring, and did not care for them at all. I called within the 30 days and cancelled my order and advised I did not want any future shipments.SURPRISE!the next monthi had another charge to my account. I called the day my account was charged...the charge was pending for 5 days to follow but was told the item had already shipped and could not stop the payment from hitting my account.She stated I could send the items back and just be out the shipping. I argued and advised I had already cancelled and refused to pay shipping that I did not authorize. 3 1/2 weeks later I received the shipment. Still waiting for refund. Imagine my surprise when today another charge to my account is pending and will probably waste more time fighting these charges. This is NO WAY to run a business.The impression I get is that they really don't care. I have reported them to the BBB...save yourself the hassle and get your girlfriends together put on some bow chicky wow wow music dust off the camcorder and use the kids tetherball pole in the backyard...gaurantee it is cheaper, less hassle, and better made.

I HATE THIS COMPANY!!! I make one order from them and they continue to send me dvd's and such (SAME THAT I ALREADY HAVE)...AND deduct $26.98 (x2) + 19.99 out of my account. I call to ask for the refund as I have authorized these transactions. They offer me a discount!!! I tell them I did not authorize the transactions and they offer me a discount?!? What company does this?! THEY ARE A SCAM AND I WILL NEVER EVER DO ANYTHING WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE!! HATE THEM! HATE THEM! HATE THEM!
I bought this pole and I am extremely disappointed at the quality of it... the pole is not sturdy and it becomes lose when doing anything to it other than dancing around it. if you want a quality pole that is sturdy and does what It is designed for, this pole is not what you are looking for. i have moved the pole to various places in my house just to see if the ceiling heights would change the tension so that the pole would not move and needless to say nothing worked. I am left with an expensive useless pole and holes in my ceiling.
In order to avoid the scam people are going through, I did go to the website and purchase a Single dvd from their collection of workout dvd's since then I havent been charged at all.

I Tried and it started to work cause i didn't it a few times a day...but like a few people have said...this is not sexy...learned the whole thing and did it in front of the boyfriend and he said that the moves they teach are lame and old school...and i did agree fully...Plus the stress that comes with buying from the company makes you lose more weight due to stress of them stealing your money...no one should have to read that much fine print and check 50 different boxes to have there CC info given to other companies anyway...bullsh*t is what it is...ugh...beware buyers...BEWARE...full on rip off...if you still have the guts to buy it from them u better read everything and i mean everything that shows up on the website...

Today I received my Flirty Girl Fitness Pole Set and honestly after reading sooo many reviews I was nervous but truth is its perfect. To kill some of the talk the customer service from the beginning has been wonderful both on the phone and online chat, I ordered my Pole set with the 7 DVDs on the 17th and recieved it 4 days later on the 21st so super fast, when they tell you it could take up to 2 weeks. A lot of wonderment I had was about the quality of the pole, now granted I dont have anything to compare it to but the pole is VERY sturdy and was easy to put together. It was not flimsy like some say and it was able to hold my friend who weighs 180lbs (though not recommended for tricks) with no problem. I thought the DVD's were very helpful and instructional and I find this to be very satisfying. I have wanted one of these since I was 10yrs old, so I was very picky and this definitely passed! So if your considering it I say go for it!
I bought the flirt girl pole & was so excited at first. Although I started going to pole fitness classes & the poles they have feel way different. With the flirty girl pole, I slide down the pole so fast & because of that when I try to invert I feel like I am ripping off skin. I know the poles at the studio are made of different material so I am assuming that's why I have a much easier time at the studio. I don't know... but I do know I am disappointed with the pole & I am still making payments towards it. The videos that came with pole are alright not liked I hoped... The shipping was fairly fast, so that was good.
maybe if u would read the fine print hmmm that works I order my pole and the dvds and i love them they came in 4 days and once my order was paid off for in about 3-4 months i called to make sure i was done and i didnt want no more i love my pole n dvds they are great in i highly recommend them
I ordered these dvds for my daughter as a gift becuase she is a fitness nut. Now they keep charging my card and are sending her these supplement pills every month. I cancelled and they still charged my card twice this month. What a scam...they would do so much better if they were honest. But they are going to lose business in the long run due to dishonesty. My daughter is only 15 and they are sending her stupid pills for goodness sakes.
I don't think so. She needs to slow down and TEACH the moves a little more. I can't catch some moves and she just keeps moving on. I go back and try and try but I can't get the moves. I'm still 20 pounds overweight. Maybe you have to already be fit to do these moves. They are all OBVIOUSLY experienced dancers. Slow down and let the REAL WOMEN catch the moves. And how can you learn by watching when you have to turn around. I can't see what she's doing that 2 seconds of turning around. And they need to keep the camera on the moves NOT the flat bellys of these women. Ya, they look great. Hope that I can get there...(they obviously never had children) but the fact of the matter is....I need to see how to do the move....not your belly. Sorry I purchased these. Will prob resell them on E-Bay.
I was charged $54 for 2 videos and some cheap-ass feather boa that fell apart. That was their "try it for 30 days free." offer. They sent me more stuff and charged my credit card. Everytime I call to get it cancelled, they tell me their computer system is down and cant do it. They charged me $ 20 and told me to send the merchandise back to get reimbursed. They never sent me anything. This is a TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! I would definitely not recommned these for anyone!!!!!

1. I saw the commercials, loved it, wanted it, so I bought it. The entire package, the DVD's, the Boa, The poll. They charged me for 2 packages when I ordered ONE and sent me 2 packages! Total Cost - $500!!! Now I have to find some poor sap to buy this crap off of me so I can get some money back :(.
2. The poll was SO dissapointing! They say that its a really high quality poll but I've seen better polls in the back of sex shops than this crap! It doesn't spin, when I opened one of the packages the poll was chipped at the top and the rings didn't match the bar that you're supposed to attach it too in the ceiling. Its like the lowest quality, cheapest, industrial poll that's been sold in this context. SO ANGRY!
3. The boa - is like a string of knives. I opened the package and put it around my husbands neck and tried to be cute and he screamed out in pain! I put it on myself and immediatley after threw it away. You cant use it! Its completely worthless! It scratches you to death and it probably cost .50 cents to make!
4. The DVD's. Booty beat - you have to learn a "routine" before you do anything which can take up all the time you have for the actual workout, and a lot of the moves are just plain awkward and in no way sexy.
Sexy Stretch - In what way is this a stretch!? The first move alone had my back aching from the awkward and misplaced movements. Its painful and in no way a "stretch" and again, it's really weird.
Just Teasing - YAWN. I wanted something that I could show my husband that would get him hot and bothered but we both watched it together and decided it was awful. They repeat a sequence of 5 moves over and over again for 2 minutes to a really horrible song. The moves are in no way attractive and they're really childish renditions of what "sexy" is.
Chair Dance - BORING. In no way sexy at all. Again, same 5 moves for the duration of a horrible song lasting about 2 minutes. Plus you have to learn all of these ridiculous moves before you can even do anything, wasting time...maybe if it were leading up to an awesome routine that would wow anyone you would want to take the time for this DVD but its just so LAME! It's not sexy, it's not fun, it's not really a work out at all!
Chair Fit - It's not a workout. Don't even play.
I am so dissapointed that I spent my money on this junk :( I will never again buy anything without doing more research because this was without a doubt the largest waste of money I have ever paid for.
I highly doubt that either of these "instructors" have any idea what a workout is, and how to protect your joints, back, and body from damage. A lot of these moves are physically harmful and in no way look sexy. They're just painful and boring. Why would you pay for that? I did :( Don't make the same mistake!
